An Evening of Line Dancing

Défi Boréal - Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue

Road running race by Boreal Runners Club consisting of 5km, 10km, half-marathon and a 1km kids race! The race courses are scenic, with devoted and enthusiastic volunteers, post-race snacks and medals for the half-marathon finishers. Come join to participate and be active!

Golden Age Club

To join us:

Come and see us at Centre Harpell to find out about the activities we offer, or come in to our drop-in sessions to show your interest in the club. You can participate on a walk-in basis or on a regular basis. There is no obligation to obtain your membership card. Your suggestions for new activities are always welcome!

Activities: Sandbag game, darts, board games, walking club, theme dinners, monthly meetings, etc.


To enjoy indoor exercise during the cold season, join the indoor walking club, Tuesday mornings from 10:30 am to 11:15 am, at the Centre Harpell. Free admission. All are welcome!


An interactive show with pianist Bernard De La Rochelle who will perform the most beautiful romantic melodies in the world! This show will take place on Tuesday, October 1st at 1:30 pm at the Centre Harpell. Tickets will be in presale shortly at a cost of $10 (regular price $12). Hurry, places are limited.

Indoor Walking Club

Since it is difficult to get out in the winter when weather conditions or road conditions are precarious, why not join a walking group that meets inside. The Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue Golden Age Club invites you to move at Centre Harpell. Free admission for all.

Forms can be filled out and mailed or dropped off with your payment (check payable to Lakeshore Football) through the mail slot or in person on Tuesdays from 6-9 pm, Wednesdays from 12-2 pm and Saturday from 9 am-12 pm.

Location: Practices & games are held at the Parc des Bénévoles in Kirkland. Away games are held in different parks in the West-Island & Montreal vicinity

Leaders Program at the Pool | Ages 12 to 15

For pool fanatics!

Free registration:  required from June 6th to 8th.   Places are limited.
Schedule: June 27th to August 1st | Thursday | 6 pm

A 6 week hands-on educational program, that teaches the youth about the world of aquatics and how it works.  LEADERS will participate in weekly meetings every Thursday at 6 pm, and volunteer at the pool during aquatic competitions, theme nights, events and with the aquatic programs offered by the municipal pool.

Special activities will be organised for the LEADERS program participants each week (movie outings, pool games, outings, etc.).

The Morgan Arboretum is a 245-hectare forest reserve, located on McGill University’s Macdonald Campus in Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue on the western tip of the island of Montreal. The Arboretum is open daily throughout the year from 9:00 a.m. apart from Christmas and New Year's days. Its trail network allows for year-round walking as well as winter sports such as snowshoeing in addition to cross-country and skate skiing. The public contributes to the development and maintenance of the Arboretum through the Morgan Arboretum Association, a non-profit organization.

In buying an annual membership, you contribute to the support and sustainability of the Arboretum forest and obtain a privileged access to the site from dawn to dusk. The city of Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue subsidises 20% of the membership fee for their residents – see the membership form. Drop by the Arboretum Gatehouse to register. Dog owners can also apply for dog walking privileges – see details.

Paddle Mac

Located on the waterfront of McGill’s Macdonald Campus in Ste-Anne-de-Bellevue, directly across from the 211 STM bus stop, Paddle Mac provides paddlers and would-be paddlers with a chance to enjoy the waters of lac St. Louis on a kayak, paddle board (SUP) or canoe. Hourly rentals, paddling instruction and paddle board yoga classes are available to the general public and McGill and John Abbott communities. 

Reservations, bookings and class registration can be made online or download the McGill Rec app in the App Store or Google Play to book from your mobile device. 

Wet suits (shorty-style), dry bags, waterproof phone cases and waterproof speakers are available to rent on site. Lockers are available free of charge.

Ultimate Grand Montréal - Frisbee

ULTIMATE GRAND MONTREAL organizes a year round mixed recreational league of "ULTIMATE 7 against 7" in the West-Island.  ULTIMATE is a competitive team sport using a disc (Frisbee) rather than a ball, in a non-contact game that looks like a mix of basketball, handball and rugby.

Beginners learn how to breathe properly through the progressive and safe practice of basic postures and insiders enjoy a smooth and fluid practice that works the entire body. Short meditation and deep relaxation complete the course in order to harmonize body and mind. 


The coordination of breathing and movements are better controlled, you progress to new yoga postures in which you learn to stabilize your attention. You reach also an awareness of the principles related to the energy of the body and its surroundings.
