Seniors
The recreation department invites you to come and have a coffee in a convivial and friendly atmosphere. Board games will also be at your disposal. This is the perfect opportunity to meet new people!

This course aims to strengthen muscle tone, improve flexibility and strength through the various exercises offered. The classes are adapted to an elderly clientele, while respecting the capacities of each individual.

This class will incorporate yoga poses focusing on strengthening the abdominals and the pelvic floor, as well as working on relieving back discomfort. We will work on stretching and flexibility, as well as breathing exercises to release stress, giving you the tools necessary to find a peaceful mind whenever you need it.
Bring a blanket and whatever other necessities your baby needs for their comfort, while also allowing them to be part of the yoga postures should you wish them to join in. The pace of this class respects the care and needs of your baby, as well as providing you with time to connect with yourself, and other new mothers. Adapted to all levels.*

Heartsaver CPR AED + Child + Infant is designed for people who want to learn how to help an adult, child or infant having a cardiac or choking emergency. You will learn how to recognize cardiac arrest, get emergency care on its way quickly and provide help until someone with more advanced training arrives to take over. You’ll get hands-on practice in performing high-quality CPR, using an AED, relieving choking and doing rescue breathing. This course is ideal for parents and families, or for workplace or volunteer requirements. In just a few hours, you’ll gain the confidence and ability to perform invaluable life-saving skills.
