  • Saskatoons (all species) (amelanchier),
  • Fruit tree (all species),
  • Birch (all species) (betula),
  • Bitternut hickory (carya cordiformis),
  • Shagbark hickory (carya ovata),
  • Black cherry (Black) (prunus serotina),
  • Oak tree (all species) (quercus),
  • Maple tree (all species but silver) (acer),
  • Ash tree (all species) (fraxinus),
  • Ginkgo biloba,
  • Chestnut (aesculus),
  • Wild cherry tree,
  • Hackberry tree (celtis occidentalis),
  • Walnut tree (juglans cinerea),
  • Wych elm  (ulmus americana),
  • Liege elm (ulmus thomasii),
  • Red elm (ulmus rubra),
  • Iron wood (Ostrya virginiana),
  • American basswood  (tilla americana);

All coniferous trees over 60 cm (24’’) in perimeter, measured at 1 m (3.3’) of ground level or any of the species listed below:

  • Eastern white cedar  (thuja occidentalis),
  • Spruce (blanche, rouge) (picea glauca, rubens),
  • Eastern larch (épinette rouge) (larix laricina),
  • Pine (all species),
  • Eastern hemlock (tsuga canadensis),
  • Balsam fir (abies balsamea);
