Closure of the Île-aux-Tourtes Bridge toward Montreal on the night of October 16 to 17, 2025

The ministère des Transports et de la Mobilité durable informs you that Highway 40 (Félix-Leclerc), including the Île-aux-Tourtes bridge, will be closed eastbound (towards Montreal) from October 16 at 11 p.m. to October 17 at 5 a.m. between Boulevard de la Cité-des-Jeunes and Chemin Senneville.

This closure is necessary in order to prepare the site for winter and to move guardrails.

Detour routes will be marked with temporary signage.
