You have tried a physical activity from our Activities to Discover section and liked it? Interested in discovering new ways to get active?

Register for one (or more) of the proposed activities!

 

Note: Due to COVID-19 restrictions, all sporting activities offered this summer will take place outdoors. (If it rains, your instructor will notify you of the changes.)

Here are the proposed activities:

 

Tennis

Children Tennis Lessons

Spring session: April 23 to June 24

Adult Tennis Lessons

In partnership with the ATFZ Tennis Academy, 6-week tennis sessions are offered to you.

Karate

The Yamato Karate School teaches the Shotokan style, one of the founding styles from which all other styles of karate practiced today were born.

When: From June 7 until August 29 | Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Fitness

In partnership with Sophie Chicoine, a fitness program is offered to everyone, for all levels.

Yoga by the water

This summer, come practice yoga outdoors and connect completely to nature thanks to the classes in partnership with Energizen. Please confirm your participation the same day.
