Together we will discover the body in a non-judgmental, creative, safe space for self-expression.
To learn body awareness we will be doing breath work, playing interactive games and discovering the large range of dynamics that the body can offer. This is a class for anyone who's interested in learning about themselves through dance. We will be liberating ourselves from our preconceived ideas about what dance should look like so that we can find our own voice in movement. And, of course, it will be fun!

A unique form of dynamic and energizing “cardiodance”. Based on the Interval Training principle, this course offers the benefits of a 60-minutes workout in only 30 minutes. No dance experience required.

Flex-Pilates uses various exercises geared to restructuring the abs while strengthening the back, leg and arm muscles. Alternating between muscular and flexibility exercises, this course also helps you to regain suppleness in your joints.

Karate classes

The Yamato Karate School teaches the Shotokan style, one of the founding styles from which all the other styles of karate practiced today originate. Yamato is a member of the Japan Karate Association (JKA).  The JKA learning approach and philosophy is the result of many years of practice and study of this martial art by numerous renowned instructors and masters.

Beginners learn how to breathe properly through the progressive and safe practice of basic postures and insiders enjoy a smooth and fluid practice that works the entire body. Short meditation and deep relaxation complete the course in order to harmonize body and mind. 


The coordination of breathing and movements are better controlled, you progress to new yoga postures in which you learn to stabilize your attention. You reach also an awareness of the principles related to the energy of the body and its surroundings.
