The Legion is open daily from 12 pm and welcomes both members and non-members. The goal is to create a nice place to meet and socialize. Legion members also hold many events throughout the year (Remembrance Day, Halloween, Canada Day, etc.). The room and the terrace can be rented for events.

The delivery of high-quality healthcare has been the cornerstone of the NOVA (formerly VON) nurses' mandate for over 108 years. At NOVA West Island, experienced, caring, and dedicated professional staff and volunteers work together to improve the quality of life for vulnerable adults, youth and families. NOVA West Island offers a range of services free of charge or at low cost through the financial support of individuals, foundations, corporations, municipalities, community groups and through Fundraising activities.

In 1998, inspired by the "charity thrift shops" in England, a West Island resident along with a group of volunteers opened a Thrift Shop called “Le Coin des Trouvailles” on the main street of Ste-Anne-de-Bellevue.  In 2004, the Ste-Anne Volunteer Health Support Foundation was created and it has since received and sold donations of merchandise.

Le Support of the Quebec Society for Intellectual Disabilities, collects used clothing and household objects. 100% of the profits go to the Quebec Society of Intellectual Disabilities. We offer this service for free. So it's a simple way to reduce the amount of garbage that ends up in landfills when they can be upgraded.

The Richelieu Club of Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue has been very involved in the community since it was founded in 1953, with helping children and youth as its primary mission. The Club conducts a number of fundraising events throughout the year to give back to members of the community  in need. For example, members organize roadblocks, dinner parties and various popular events.

The Boutique serves the community with nearly new clothing, small household items and more, at bargain prices on EVERY Thursdays from 11:30 am to 3:30 pm, last Friday of each month from 6:30 pm to 9 pm and last Saturday of every month from 10 am to 2 pm . We support a myriad of community organizations such as food banks, women's shelters, and school breakfast programmes.
