If no snow clearing operations are in progress or planned for the night (whether to remove or move snow, de-ice streets or spread abrasives or ice melters), parking is authorized by notice from the City. In the absence of a notice, overnight parking is still prohibited on all Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue streets to ensure efficient snow removal. Snow removal operations remain a priority over overnight parking. |

Construction work on the Île-aux-Tourtes bridge - Icebreakers on Lac des Deux Montagnes and in Vaudreuil BayThe ministère des Transports et de la Mobilité durable would like to inform you that construction work on the new Île-aux-Tourtes bridge will continue throughout the winter. Icebreakers will be used on Lac des Deux Montagnes and in Vaudreuil Bay, where the waters are prone to ice formation, to allow for the transport of materials and the movement of barges. These operations will affect the thickness of the ice. Therefore, the ministère asks that you exercise caution if you engage in certain recreational activities on the ice. It is everyone’s responsibility to check the thickness of the ice before venturing onto it. Icebreakers will operate daily on weekdays from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. This schedule is subject to change depending on needs, operational constraints, and weather conditions. The attached map shows the vessels’ navigation area. Thank you for your understanding.
