Rue Ste-Anne will be closed to traffic in the work zone; Parking will also be prohibited between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. in the same area; A detour route will be set up; Two flaggers will be present at the work site; Signs indicating the detour will be installed for the duration of the work.
