Registration and Refund Policies Where to register? At the Recreation Office Harpell Center 60 St-Pierre St.
When? Wednesday, January 7, 2009 : from 9 am to 12 pm and from 1:30 pm to 4:30 pm Thursday, January 8, 2009 : from 9 am to 12 pm and from 1:30 pm to 8 pm How? Proof of residency must be supplied when registering for an activity. Payment Registration fees are payable by cheque to the order of Ville de Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue, or in cash (exact amount required). For some activities, registration fees are payable to the organization responsible for the activity. In each case, please check with the person in charge of the activity. Program changes The Recreation and Community and Economic Development Department reserves the right to cancel any activity if the minimum number of participants is not met. Refund There will be no refunds after the activity begins in cases of expulsion or drop out. A refund will be possible (less administration fees of 15%, minimum amount 15$) for requests received before the activity start date. The City will refund the total amount paid, without penalty, if it cancels or changes the conditions of the activity before its start date. If the registered person is not able to participate permanently in the activity for health reasons, refund will be given prorated to the services used. Administration fees of 15%, minimum of $15 will be withheld. A doctor's note will be required no later than 10 days after the start of the illness. Please note that the City will charge $35 for every NSF cheque. Registration priority Priority is given to residents of Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue. Any non-resident may register during the normal registration period by paying a supplementary charge of $10 per activity or program.
