The general directorate of the City of Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue is held by  Me Karl Sacha Langlois, who coordinates and manages the activities of all the city services in order to meet the objectives set by the City Council.

The City Clerk oversees the city's legal affairs, drafts policies, by-laws and public notices and helps draw up various contracts. He also prepares all agendas and cases pertaining to council meetings and writes up the minutes. The city of Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue's archives and document management is also part of his responsibility. He is the one in charge of access to information, communications and the French language and is also responsible for holding municipal elections and referendums.

Mrs. Josée Caron coordinates library services along with 6 experienced and trained employees who are there to answer to users' requests in terms of collection, entertainment and help with research.

Affiliated to the Réseau biblio de la Montérégie, the library boasts a collection of 9,000 books, 8,400 registered books and our 1,800 members have access to 212,500 volumes thanks to the biblio network. CDs, DVDs, videos, audio books as well as language courses are also available. You can get any information relating to the Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue library by calling during business hours or on the web, with your PIN, to access your file and many online services. Mr. Ashkan Matlabi, Building Inspector works in Urban Planning. He issues building, renovation and zoning permits and inspects buildings. He studies and analyses projects proposed by promoters. He is also a member of the Planning Advisory Committee as Responsible Official.
