A unique form of dynamic and energizing “cardiodance”. Based on the Interval Training principle, this course offers the benefits of a 60-minutes workout in only 30 minutes. No dance experience required.

Flex-Pilates uses various exercises geared to restructuring the abs while strengthening the back, leg and arm muscles. Alternating between muscular and flexibility exercises, this course also helps you to regain suppleness in your joints.

Karate classes

The Yamato Karate School teaches the Shotokan style, one of the founding styles from which all the other styles of karate practiced today originate. Yamato is a member of the Japan Karate Association (JKA).  The JKA learning approach and philosophy is the result of many years of practice and study of this martial art by numerous renowned instructors and masters. 

Instructor : Trevor Ishmael (Instructor, 3rd Dan Black Belt, accredited by the "Japan Karate Association", provincial and national champion of Canada)

Clientele : Children ages 5 and up, and adults

Purchase of uniform is mandatory, see the instructor.

Minor Hockey Association

SAINTE-ANNE-DE-BELLEVUE, SENNEVILLE & BAIE D’URFÉ

Clientele : Children, youth and adults from 5 to 21 years old

The Association encourages the practice of hockey for boys and girls, and is a member of the Lakeshore Minor Hockey Federation.

Outdoor skating rinks

Weather and ice conditions permitting, outdoor skating rinks are free and available for use by residents for informal skating and hockey.
A helmet is highly recommended. The chalets will be accessible to participants during specific hours.

Beginners learn how to breathe properly through the progressive and safe practice of basic postures and insiders enjoy a smooth and fluid practice that works the entire body. Short meditation and deep relaxation complete the course in order to harmonize body and mind. 

INTERMEDIATE | HATHA/FLOW

The coordination of breathing and movements are better controlled, you progress to new yoga postures in which you learn to stabilize your attention. You reach also an awareness of the principles related to the energy of the body and its surroundings.
