The Directorate General, the first officer of the City, is the relationship between the Municipal Council and all administrative staff. Under his leadership, we are implementing the decisions of elected officials in accordance with the policies and guidelines of the City. His work and his delegation is governed by different laws that govern municipalities in Quebec and municipal by-laws. The Directorate General attends all public Council sittings.
