The CACSP is a non-political committee made up of citizens who have decided to get involved in their community and work in partnership with their local police force (Sûreté du Québec).

Encourage citizens of the community to be part of the solution in terms of public safety, in partnership with their police force (Sûreté du Québec)
CACSP’s objectives
• Promote the development of a safe environment
• Increase the family sense of security
• Increase the commitment of citizens in terms of prevention and safety
• Improve the communication and the link of trust between the citizens and safety the police force (Sûreté du Québec)
• Listen to citizens of the community by being attentive to their preoccupations
• Emphasize the values of the committee
