RESIDENT DISCOUNT
Upon presentation of a valid proof of residence, citizens of Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue may obtain valid annual subscriptions, at 1/3 off the initial cost, for:
• Morgan Arboretum: membership available at the reception chalet of the urban forest
• Casgrain Pool: membership available at Centre Harpell
• Lakeshore Chamber Music Society: membership available at Centre Harpell.
A 50% discount is available for an annual membership to the Ecomuseum: available at the Ecomuseum Zoo ticket office.

CARTE LOISIRS
The Carte Loisirs gives you free or reduced cost access to various programs and activities of the Recreation department:
• Free access to the municipal pool;
• Free access to municipal tennis courts (parc Crevier and parc Aumais);
• Free access to open skating at the Campus arena (September to March);
• Free access to gymnasium “pay per use” activities;
• Free or reduced cost for certain cultural presentations;
• Always check for promotions available with this card in municipal ads.
Any Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue resident wishing to purchase a Carte-Loisirs must visit the Centre Harpell, in person, during regular office hours to have a photo taken and receive a new card, or contact the recreation office for other options.
Hours: Monday to Thursday: 8 am to 11:30 am and 1 pm to 4 pm
Cost: $20 - Valid for two years: from June 1st, 2011 to May 31st, 2013
PAYMENT TERMS AND REIMBURSEMENT
Registration and reimbursement policy for activities and programs (Workshops, day camps, swimming lessons, hall rentals, etc.)
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED
- A proof of residence upon registration;
- A Social Insurance Number for activities eligible for income tax receipts;
- Medicare card upon registration of children.
REGISTRATION PRIORITY
- Priority granted to Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue residents;
- See dates and additional fees for non-residents.
PAYMENT
- Cash (exact amount only);
- Debit card;
- Visa or MasterCard;
- Cheque payable to Ville de Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue;
- Check to see if registration fees are payable to the organisation in charge of the activity.
MODIFICATIONS
- The Recreation and Community Development Services may cancel an activity if the minimum number of participants has not been met with a one week notice, or sooner in the case of extenuating circumstances.
REIMBURSEMENT
- Reimbursement possible up to two weeks before the start of the activity or program;
- 15% administration fees apply, minimum amount of $15;
- No reimbursement in case of expulsion or withdrawal;
- In case of cancellation by the Town, full reimbursement;
- Reimbursement possible in proportion to the usage of the service, solely in case of illness, with presentation of a medical certificate, administration fees apply;
- The Town will charge $35 for any NSF cheque.
