Council Meetings



 

All Council meetings are public and are governed by the laws of la régie interne # 700. The City Council must hold at minimum, a public meeting once a month. These meeting are held, unless otherwise noted, the second Monday of every month at 7:30 pm.

As part of regular sitting, meetings are held:

In the normal course of City business or upon the adoption of certain policies or regulations, it may be that special sitting are necessary. In these cases, the date, time and location of these sitting are advertised on our electronic boards and on the City website.

Caucus sessions and Advisory Committee meetings are not public and only members of the City Council or Committees, as well as persons invited, can attend.
